Most often our diet and bodies are initially targeted, but I encourage you to be holistic in your plan and do not discount the health of your mind. Mental health is no longer restricted to conditions of major depression or debilitating anxiety. In seeking to transform yourself, learn healthy and new coping strategies are a must. I treat clients ages 9 to 70 and work with a variety of populations. I have17 years of experience working with military families and incorporate sand tray therapy, yoga techniques and art activities. Conditions I treat, but are not limited to, are daily stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and better self-care. I am also a certified Reiki practitioner.
